Given the unprecedented COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we wanted to take the time to update you on the actions taken to keep the practice safe for our staff and patients/customers.

The safety of our team and patients/customers remains our number one priority, and we are closely following the advice of Public Health England (PHE) and the UK Government. We have introduced several measures to enhance your safety.
These include… -Providing hand sanitiser at reception for the team and patients/customers.
-Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitising of surfaces.
-Good hand hygiene and hand washing technique.
-Reminding teams/patients/customers of the PHE advice ie if they feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who feels unwell/travelled from the list of high-risk countries.

Our practice remains open while we monitor the PHE advice. As long as it is safe to do so, and despite the disruption and uncertainty, we look forward to welcoming you to the practice.
If there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable, please let a member of our team know.
As the situation develops, the safety of our team and patients/customers remains of the highest importance.

We appreciate your support and understanding during these unusual times.

Stay safe, and look after each other.
